Dear Klara and Bob,
I am excited that I could be the first official guest in your apartment in BA. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well located. The neighborhood had everything one could wish. Unfortunately my business kept me from enjoying the surroundings.
I did get to enjoy the comfort, quiet, and security of the apartment though. The unit is comfortable enough that I didn't rattle around by myself and yet large enough that I am considering holding a sales meeting there when I go back in the fall. (if it is available of course).

Staying in your apartment is an entirely different experience than staying in a hotel. I felt like I was in BA instead of in a "branch
office" of the USA.

Thanks for letting me rent there as your first guest.

Dear Klara & Bob,
We arrived home on the 28th after a fabulous two weeks in Buenos Aires. The apartment was everything that we hoped for and more! Thanks!
Sofia is a delightful young lady and we enjoyed seeing her during our stay.
As I mentioned before I was so pleased to see the iMac.... and indeed made good use of it. We used it to record music and make CD's. So when you return you will find quite an interesting collection of Tango albums. There is also one Indian album. I hope you don’t mind.
I left some cards of a few nice restaurants that we discovered in your binder with such info ----- do try them as they were very, very good.
We have both decided that we shall return to Buenos Aires and would love to rent the apartment from you again.
We will also call in the next few days just to say Hi !

Klara and Bob, We just got back to SP today and Sharon is flying back to NY now--wewere a bit gloomy yesterday knowing we had to leave BA today. We hadsuch a great time; it was Sharon's birthday Friday so I planned this trip to celebrate it. I definitely scored major points! The night we arrived at your place, when we walked in the door and went out to the balcony, Sharon said, "ok, we are definitely coming back!" She absolutely loved the dinner we had for her birthday at Plaza Asturias, a spanish place. Sharon is a big foodie and thought they did a fantastic job of creating no-frills, authentic spanish dishes that you can't find at the more celebrated hi-concept restaurants these days. Please let me know how much we owe for the nights we were there. Also, attached is a file that we put together in case you want to post on your website some of those great testimonials in the book on your shelf. Bob, We loved the apt., had a great time in BA, saw two tango shows, went to the markets on Sunday, just a totally fun time. We could well be repeat customers sometime down the road. We are used to visiting London where we have a son, what a great change to feel like our dollar was actually getting us something. Great steak dinners for two with good Malbec for $60-80. Appreciated having internet access in the apt. thank you. Loved the area around the apt. with coffee shop, grocery store right at the door and bakery just around the corner. My wife went out to get breakfast pastry for the four of us and said she thought they made a mistake, it cost 6 pesos. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks, Iguazu Falls also terrific. Dear Klara, We just returned from BA this past weekend, and I want to praise you and Bob for the wonderful apartment you are renting there. The building is immaculately kept and perfectly located, the security is very good, and access to most points of interest is quite easy from there. But most of all, we appreciated the attention to detail that had gone into the decoration of the place. From the high-speed Internet access (by the way, we discovered that our laptops functioned wirelessly in the apartment, so we did not have to use the lovely computer provided) to details such as the coffee grinder, everything was there, functioning, top quality, and best of taste. It made for a really wonderful vacation, and we hope we will have a chance to stay again there in the future. Sonia, your local administrator, was a delightful person to deal with, a real gem. Dear Klara and Bob, Please feel free to post this letter on your website and I want to say THANKS again: I recently returned from my first visit to Argentina and all I can say is WOW! I spent 8 days there and I can't wait to go back. The highlight of my trip was this apartment in Palermo that I rented. I enjoy being a tourist but I also like to experience more of the real culture and people in any new country that I go to. The flat in Palermo is perfect for that. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is very safe, very interesting and is the "real deal". Museums, restaurants, shopping, parks and all the services you need are right out the door, the people of Palermo and of most of Buenos Aires are warm and friendly. I speak very little Spanish and had no problems. Palermo is right next to the Recoleta district which also has lots of restaurants shopping and hotels, and a lot of tourists. Palermo has very few hotels and is mostly residential. The apartment is as comfortable as most five star hotels at about 1/4th of the price and the building staff and amenities are all first class. Everything is such a value there now with their Peso at about three to the US dollar. If you visit make sure that you try the Argentine Malbec red wines (I had my first on the balcony of the apartment during sunset!) and if you are not a vegetarian you must try the beef also. However don't try the Malbec before your Tango lessons, only after. The weather was also perfect and it was nice to be in such a beautiful city during their Summer when the snow was flying back home. Dear Bob and Klara: I just returned from Buenos Aires and wanted to thank you for renting out your lovely apartment to me. While we anticipated a great time in Buenos Aires, the trip was better than expected. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
