This cozy two bedroom apartment with panoramic
views of the city is located in Barrio Norte/ Recoleta, the most sought
out area in Buenos Aires . Beautifully furnished by a professional interior
designer, it features designer furniture and rich fabrics that will make
you feel right at home. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and
one with trundle; a full bathroom and a half-bath. It is equipped with
T.V, CD player, two air conditioning units, and a fully equipped kitchen/laundry
room. Your rental includes cleaning once a week, or more often for a
small fee.
A high speed internet cable connection, to which you can hook up your laptop, is
available for your use.
Living room/ Dinning room
The large sofa/futon sleeps two comfortably. The square wood dinning room table
can accommodate up to six for dinner.
Master Bedroom
You'll be able to store all your clothing plus purchases in the large built-in
closet. The room is equipped with a TV and an air-conditioning unit, operated
with a remote control. Close the curtains, and the room will be dark; otherwise,
enjoy the wonderful view of the city through the large sliding glass doors.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom features a twin trundle bed. This room has a wall to wall closet/storage
unit.
Kitchen/Laundry
Equipped with a Refrigerator/Freezer, stove, microwave, juicer, coffee maker,
and toaster. For your laundry needs, there is a washer/dryer combo unit.
There is also an iron and an ironing board.
Neighborhood
As you exit your apartment you'll see to your right, the Four Seasons Hotel.
Walk two blocks up the street past the hotel and you'll be on Alvear Street
. Lined with designer boutiques and beautiful French Style buildings, Alvear
is the most prestigious address in Buenos Aires . Walk five blocks on Alvear
and you've arrived in Recoleta. Famous for its cemetery, its fine dinning
restaurants and its night life, Recoleta is the most visited area in Buenos
Aires . If you're up for shopping, you'll find “Patio Bullrich,” the most
beautiful mall in Buenos Aires , just a block away from the apartment. You're
also walking distance from Florida street , famous for its leather goods.
Across the street
you'll find four of the best restaurants in town, including “El Mirasol,” renown for its great choice of Argentine beef.
There is also a café, an ice-cream shop, an Avis rent-a-car and
a parking garage. On Sunday, be sure to walk up to the Four Season's
hotel for the best brunch in Buenos Aires , at “La Maison.”
